99 email tips

99 email tips. Someone can make up the rules when there are no rules.

I particularly like the advice on signature files. I often find them annoying, especally when (a) they are in emails from people whom i know or whose position I can readily look up, in which case they are unnecessary or (b) when they are from people I don't know or care much about, in which case they are possibly fake and/or unnecessary.

A bit like nametags at a famly barbecue.

The ultrapopular auction/sales Web site continues its exponential growth and finds itself adding 10 terabytes of new storage every week. That's a lot of data.
